A New Hartford man was arrested on three charges after a Domestic Dispute at his residence.  New Hartford Police arrested Jason C. Ferguson age 25 of 14 Tamarack Dr. after they were called to his residence for a dispute between Ferguson and his live in girlfriend.  During the dispute Ferguson kicked the door of the woman’s vehicle and punched out the window on the drivers door.  Ferguson was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree a class E felony.  While being processed at the New Hartford Police Department Ferguson kicked a desk in the holding area into a patrolman and also kicked a chair causing a leg of the chair to go through a wall.  Ferguson was additionally charged with Harassment in the 2nd degree and Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree.   The officer was not injured. 

Ferguson was arraigned in New Hartford Town Court and sent to the Oneida County Correctional Facility in Lieu of $1000.00 cash or $3000.00 bail bond.
