No Knock Search Warrant Leads to Two Arrests
Members of the Oneida County Drug Task Force and the Utica/New Hartford Police Department’s Emergency Response Team arrested Gary Smith, 46, and Burnette Sullivan, 46, both from 23 Noyes St., after executing a “No Knock” search warrant early this morning at that address.
After getting through a heavily barricaded door, members were still able to find a quantity of crack cocaine and $700.00 in currency. Both subjects were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (a Misdemeanor) and arraigned in Utica City Court.
