Two Car Personal Injury Accident

New Hartford Police investigated a two car Motor Vehicle Accident that sent a Clayville woman to the Hospital.  The accident occurred at 9:54.m. on 11-10-06.

Patrolman J. T. Petrie states that a vehicle driven by Beverly J. Hull, age 60 of Ball Rd. in Clayville was Northbound on Oneida St. near Kellogg Rd. when a vehicle driven by Mark A. Gryska age 85 of Colonial Dr. in New Hartford attempted to enter the roadway from a gas station and struck Hull’s vehicle in the driver’s side door.

Hull was treated at the scene by the Willowvale Fire Dept. and was transported by Edwards Ambulance to St. Lukes Hospital for evaluation of neck injuries.

Gryska was issued a traffic summons for Failure to Yield the Right of Way which is returnable at a later date in the Town of New Hartford Court.
