 NEW HARTFORD WOMAN INJURED IN ACCIDENT

On December 14, 2006, at 7:25 AM the New Hartford Police investigated a 2 car Motor Vehicle Accident on Oxford Road in front of Hill Side Garden Apartments.  According to Police Sara A, Wadsworth, 17 of New Hartford was attempting to pull out of Hill Side Garden Apartments when she pulled out in front of a vehicle driven by Scott W. Saxe, 32 of Chadwicks.  The two vehicles collided and Wadsworth’s vehicle came to rest in a ditch.

Wadsworth complained of neck pain and was transported to Faxton St. Luke’s Health Care, St. Luke’s Campus by Edwards Ambulance Service.  Saxe complained of minor neck pain also, but was treated at the scene by the New Hartford Fire Department and released.

No tickets have been issued in the accident.
