Police Chief Raymond Philo stops by the New Hartford Senior Center to wish his dear friend and former neighbor a Happy 101st Birthday! Lillian Garrabrant celebrated her milestone among family and friends at the center and was also presented a Resolution from the NYS Senate by Senator Jospeh Griffo.
