Partnering with the New Hartford Central School District

The Town Board is very excited about our partnership with the New Hartford Central School District and the team at Trainor Interactive, Inc.

We are pleased to have New Hartford High School teacher, Mike Amante, as student project coordinator and newest member of the Town Communications Committee.  Over the summer, a student has been busy working on mapping the new Town site.  Interviews with all departments resulted in getting accurate information and establishing open communications.  The new process has allowed for more straightforward, business approach to developing the Town site while eliminating the editorial aspects of the former website. 

Here are our primary goals:

• Upgrade the site to communicate, inform and market the Town of New Hartford and its services to the existing and prospective residents and employers.
• Partner with the New Hartford Central School District and local private businesses to create an enhanced learning experience for our high school students.
• Evolve into an umbrella site that includes all local governments, schools, agencies and community groups that make up the Town of New Hartford, New York.

Please be patient as we move forward into a new era of cooperation between public, private and educational entities. Certain features are temporarily disabled during the transition phase to accommodate file transfers, updates, employee and user input.   We'll have more news for you soon!
