Council Member - Ward 3, David M. Reynolds

David Reynolds and his wife Doreen Luker Reynolds are both life long residents of New Hartford. They have four daughters and four grandchildren all living in the area. Dave was a Supervisor and Regional Service Manager for Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. retiring in 2004 after 37 years.

Currently Dave is an active member of the New Hartford Volunteer Fire Department with over 40 years of service.   In 2005 Dave retired as chief of the department with 25 years, making him the longest serving chief in the history of the New Hartford Fire Department. Dave is a member of the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs, member of the Fireman's Association of the State of New York, member and past president of the Oneida County Fire Chiefs Association, member of the Oneida County Emergency Services Long Range Planning committee, County Arson Task Force, Town of New Hartford Central Dispatch committee and the New Hartford Historical Society.
