Marcy Woman Arrested For Theft at Kohl’s
On 06-04-10 at about 7:38 pm, the New Hartford Police responded to Kohl’s Department store for a female that was stopped for shoplifting.
Patrolman M. Kowalski states that Nicole Vanetten, age 18, of Marcy was arrested for Petit Larceny. Patrolman M. Kowalski states that Vanetten is accused of selecting (36) thirty- six assorted items from the sales floor, subsequently concealing them in her purse and exiting the store without making payment. The items consisted of costume jewelry and clothing.
The total value of the items stolen was $716.20. Vanetten was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of New Hartford court on a later date.
