UTICA WOMAN CHARGED WITH FELONIES

On June 21st, 2007 at about 10:30 am the New Hartford Police arrested Genyne A. Lytle age 30 of Utica on one count of petit larceny, one count of falsifying business records, an E. felony and one count of forgery 2nd, a D felony.                        

According to Patrolman W. J. Freiberger, Lytle is accused of entering the Home Depot and falsely returning several pieces of merchandise. The return caused a false entry into the business records of the store. Lytle is further accused of signing a false name to the return document resulting in the forgery charge. 

Lytle was arraigned in the Town of New Hartford Court and released pending a future court date
