Oneida County Grand Jury hands down

Indictments in Burglary arrests

New Hartford Police Chief Raymond Philo reports that two career felons, arrested May 25th after a lengthy multi-agency investigation, have been indicted by the Oneida County Grand Jury on multiple charges.

Delwright Dyman, 68, currently of New York Mills, and Mark Levesque, 58, of Wyndham New Hampshire, were indicted on July 14 on one count each of second-degree burglary, third-degree grand larceny, third-degree possession of stolen property, fourth-degree mischief and possession of burglar’s tools. Both defendants are scheduled to appear before Judge Barry Donalty in Oneida County Court this week.
