Utica Man Arrested at Marquee Cinema

The New Hartford Police arrested a Utica man at the Marquee Cinema after he was found to be intoxicated and then sleeping in a theater and later inappropriately touched a Marquee employee.

According to Officer Christopher J. Burns, arrested was Steven S. Warner, age 27, who gave a Genesee St. address in the City of Utica.  Warner was arrested after he became disorderly while inside one of the theaters and was escorted outside the building by Marquee Cinema staff.  While being walked out of the building, Warner, who was intoxicated, inappropriately touched one of the female employees.

Warner was arrested for one count of Harassment in the Second Degree, a violation, and one count of Forcible Touching, a Class A Misdemeanor.  Warner was arraigned in the Town of New Hartford Court and remanded to the Oneida County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail.  Warner will return to the Town of New Hartford Court at a later date to answer the charges.
