Sauquoit Man arrested for DWI after Accident

A 19-year-old Sauquoit man was arrested by the New Hartford Police Department after he was involved in an automobile accident on Sessions Rd. in New Hartford.                                    

David R. Kuhn of Oneida St. in Sauquoit was driving on Sessions Rd. when he lost control of his vehicle and flipped the vehicle on it’s side.  Kuhn was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a police investigation, Officer Peter Colburn said.

Kuhn will answer charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right in October at the Town of New Hartford Court.
