PAROLEE WANTED FOR LARCENIES FOUND HIDING IN ATTIC

On October 6th, 2009 the New Hartford Police arrested William J. Bonsignore, 30 of Utica.  According to Patrolman Matthew Sica, Bonsignore was identified through video surveillance taking Digital Cameras from WalMart on September 29th, 2009 and taking a Paintball Gun from Gander Mountain on October 5th, 2009.  The Town of New Hartford Court issued an Arrest Warrant for Bonsignore on October 6th, 2009.  At about 10:55 AM on October 6th, 2009 Officers located Bonsignore hiding in the attic of his Richardson Ave. Utica residence. 

Bonsignore was charged with 2 counts of Petit larceny and Violating the terms of his Parole.  He was arraigned in the Town Of New Hartford Court and is being held in the Oneida County Correctional Facility on no bail and is to appear in the Town of New Hartford Court at a later date. 

The New Hartford Police were assisted in the investigation by the Utica Police Department and New York State Parole.
