Man Pleads Guilty to Rape Charge
David Lipiec, 42, of Little Falls pleaded guilty to First Degree Rape in Oneida County Court on October 2, 2009. Lipiec was charged in a series of Incidents in Oneida and Herkimer Counties in the last year.
According to New Hartford Police Chief Raymond Philo, Lipiec will face sentencing on November 30, 2009 for attacking a young woman in the City of Utica. He is also expected to plead guilty to a Second Degree Kidnapping charge after he allegedly gave a 29 year old woman a ride from Cavallo’s Restaurant in New Hartford in February and held her against her will inside his vehicle and then in his residence in the Town of Danube, Herkimer County.
