Two Arrested following Dispute at Wal-Mart  

Two men were arrested Saturday afternnon following a dispute at the Wal-Mart located in Consumer Square in the Town of New Hartford.

According to Patrolman J. M. Spinella of the New Hartford Police Department, the dispute occurred around 5:30PM when Isiah J. Clark, 34, of Utica became irrate over a comment that Quincy M. Davis, 26, of Syracuse made to him while both men were at the photo studio in Wal-Mart. The dispute escalated verbally with the two males yelling obsenities at one and other in the store. The two males were asked to leave the store by Wal-Mart employees. Clark was escorted outside the store while Davis remained in the vestibule of the store. Once outside, Clark then returned back in the store to confront Davis in the vestibule. Clark and Davis again became verbal with each other and Clark then punched Davis in the face.

Clark and Davis are both facing Disorderly Conduct charges. Clark is also facing an additional Harrasment charge for punching Davis in the face. Both males were released on Appearance Tickets returnable in the Town of New Hartford Court in November..
