Utica Teen Arrested Following Fight 

On October 26th, 2009 the New Hartford Police arrested Jessica E. David, 18 of Utica following a physical dispute that occurred at BOCES located on Middle Settlement Rd. in New Hartford.  According to Patrolman Andrew Allen, David and another female student were participating a meeting with BOCES Administration regarding a possible conflict between the two students.  During the session, an argument erupted which escalated to a physical fight between the students.  The BOCES staff member attempted to intervene and was attacked by David.  The attack resulted in minor injuries to the BOCES staff member.  David was eventually restrained by several members of the BOCES staff.  She was taken into custody by members of the New Hartford Police Department and subsequently charged with Harassment in the 2nd degree, a Violation.  David is scheduled to appear in the Town of New Hartford Court at a later date.  The BICES employee suffered minor injuries while the other student involved was uninjured
