FOUR INJURED IN HEAD ON CRASH ON BURRSTONE RD
The New Hartford Police Department investigated a two-car personal injury motor vehicle accident on October 27, 2007 at about 9:49pm at the intersection of Burrstone Rd and Champlin Ave. According to Patrolman Michael T. Kowalski, the accident occurred when a vehicle, being driven by Alyssa J. Fox age 18, of Utica was turning left from Burrstone Rd onto Champlin Ave and collided with a vehicle traveling west on Burrstone Rd, operated by Aubrie Buell age 17, of Utica. Fox and her passenger Erica Piazza complained of chest pain. Buell complained of foot pain and her passenger Erin Crowley complained of leg pain. All involved in the crash were treated at the scene by members of the New York Mills Fire Department and transported by Edwards ambulance to St. Lukes Hospital for evaluation. Ptl. Kowalski states that this crash is under investigation. Anyone who may have witnessed this accident in asked to contact Ptl. Kowalski at 724-7111 with any inquires.
