Third Suspect Arrested in Connection with Chadwicks Burglary  

 According to the New Hartford Police Department Pawel Pustelnik, 18 of Edison, NJ was arrested last week in connection to a Burglary that occurred at St. George's Episcopal Church located on Elm St. in Chadwicks, in late September 2009.

Pustelnik, along with Ashley L Teneyuque of Utica and Alissa A. DeCarr of Chadwicks were arrested in Edison, NJ on September 24, 2009 when they were found in possession of property that was stolen from the Church during the Burglary.  The three drew the attention of Edison NJ Police Officers while attempting to burn the stolen property.  Teneyuque and DeCarr were charged with Burglary on October 30, 2009 when they were picked up for shoplifting the Sangertown Square Mall.  An Arrest Warrant was subsequently issued for Pustelnik and on Wednesday November 25, 2009, he was taken into custody by the New Hartford Police Department Warrants Division.  He was arraigned in LCC T/New Hartford and released on his own recognizance.  Pustelnik is scheduled to reappear in Court at a later date.
