Fugitive From Justice Located in New Hartford

On December 18th, 2009 at 9:05PM the New Hartford Police Department responded to 64 Hartford Terrace after an investigation regarding a fugitive from justice.  The investigation began after New Hartford Police received a call from the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office requesting assistance in locating 32-year-old Brian J. Frank. 

Frank had an active arrest warrant for several offenses regarding false financial statements involving mortgages that he had allegedly completed in Massachusetts.  Frank was located at 64 Hartford Terrace and taken into custody without incident on the charges out of Massachusetts.  He was then arraigned in New Hartford Court and sent to Oneida County Jail without bail, as he will await extradition from Massachusetts.
